How do I book an appointment?+

Simply book online via our booking page — choose your treatment, specialist and preferred time slot. Calling works too, of course.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?+

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Just contact us by phone or email.

What happens if I'm running late?+

If you're more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to guarantee your full treatment time. Let us know if you're on your way.

What products do you use?+

We work exclusively with premium, dermatologically tested professional brands — no house brands or cheap alternatives.

How long does an average treatment take?+

This varies per treatment: a haircut takes about 45 minutes on average, a full color treatment 2–3 hours. Exact times are listed on the services page.

Do you offer treatments for children?+

Yes, we offer special children's haircuts for kids up to 12 years old, in a calm, playful setting.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept card, cash and all major credit cards. Paying a deposit online when booking is also possible.

Are there discounts for regular clients?+

Yes, from your 5th visit onward you automatically receive 10% off every following treatment through our loyalty program.

Is parking available?+

Yes, there's free parking right outside and a public parking garage a 2-minute walk away.

Are you wheelchair accessible?+

Yes, our studio is fully wheelchair accessible, including an adapted restroom.
